I’ve ordered from Norman Love Confections a few times now, and for the most part their inventory has been solid. Most of the chocolates I was looking for were available, and the confirmation emails and receipts came through without any hassle, which I always appreciate.

There was one item I really wanted that ended up being sold out, so I had to choose something else. Not a huge deal, and I still had a good experience overall, but I do wish they kept the more popular items in stock a bit more consistently

I really appreciated how clear their allergen info was, I didn’t have to guess or dig around before ordering. That made the whole thing way less stressful, and the chocolates were great too.

The site is easy to browse and I found what I needed without much trouble. That said, checkout felt a bit slow, and a few pages loaded strangely. I can see other customers getting a little frustrated with that, especially if they’re trying to order quickly

I ordered a box of chocolates for a birthday, everything showed up exactly the way I chose it. The flavors were right, nothing was missing, and the note was included too, which I appreciated. Super easy process with no mix-ups at all. Since I’m taking the time to share the experience, I’d definitely be happy if there’s any kind of credit, discount, or compensation offered for feedback...

I ordered these chocolate boxes to send out as client gifts, and overall they made a good impression. The packaging looked polished, and the chocolates themselves were really nice. I’ve used this brand before and usually trust them, which is why I went with them again, but I’ll admit I felt a little conflicted this time. I popped into the Norman Love store and pretty much immediately assumed I was going to like it. The place was clean, calm, and smelled incredible, so that was an easy win. I had to contact customer service again for the same kind of issue, i’m just tired of it. They took forever to respond, and when they finally did, it didn’t feel like they really helped much. It’s frustrating having to go through this all over again and still not getting a solid solution

These showed up fresh, which is always the thing I worry about first with chocolate. Anyway, opened the box and immediately remembered why I keep buying them, they taste so good. Kind of one of those little treats where you only plan to have one, then suddenly you’re debating which flavor to grab next.

I went for a tasting and also tried their chocolates at an event. The chocolates were good, some were really, really nice. I guess I just, actually, I think the event setup felt a bit rushed, and the staff seemed busy. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just expected a little more.
